Delivery time
The custom-made products are ready to be posted or picked up in about 2 weeks. For the products already in stock the delivery time is max 4 days after the payment is received, or together with the custom-made products. The current delivery dates are on the home page.

Payments
You can pay in cash when you pick up your order, or beforehand by transferring the money.
It will be posted after the payment is received (and the products are ready).
You can also pay safely and quickly with: Ideal, Mistercash, Paypal and Sofortbanking.

Postage
You pay a standard price for post and packaging. Small products will be sent in an envelope and large products/orders will be sent as a postal package.  The DHL and PostNL will deliver your order within 1 or 2 days in the Netherlands, you will receive a code via e-mail to track and trace your packages.

“Standard” posting is at your own risk. For a small extra price your order can be insured or sent by registered mail. Envelopes can also be sent with a tracking code for a small extra price.

There are three options for sending your order:

2: + Sending with tracking code (also for envelopes)
3: ++ Sending with tracking code and insurance

Delivery outside The Netherlands is possible too, choose Europe or World.

- Postal costs (standard post) The Netherlands: envelope 2,00 or 3,50 euro, package 6,75 euro, over 75,00 euro free delivery. Europe: envelope 5,00 euro, package 10,00 euro, over 150,00 euro free delivery. International: envelope 5,00 euro, package 10,00 euro, over 150,00 euro free delivery. For very heavy packages (over 10 kilo) the postal costs will be calculated afterwards (and deducted).  

Collecting
Products ordered can also be picked up at my house. I live in Rijswijk on the Ocarinalaan. Please make an appointment first via e-mail. Do you live nearby or do you just want to have a look, mail me for an appointment.
